James is a Registered Valuer based in Whangarei. A born and bred Cantabrian who moved north for the prime fishing and golf, he has been serving the Whangarei District since 2021, undertaking a range of residential/lifestyle valuations from block land with subdivision potential to executive coastal property and almost everything in between.
In addition to his valuation-based qualifications, James has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (hons) from Lincoln, having worked summers on commercial dairy and sheep/beef operations in his younger years. As such he is able to undertake valuation of select rural properties in addition to his residential/lifestyle portfolio, these undertaken in collaboration with CBRE’s experienced rural valuations team.
Prior to attaining full professional registration in 2024, James was recognised as CBRE New Zealand’s Unregistered Valuer of the Year 2022.
