Jason Lochead

Jason assists a wide range of private, corporate and government clients with residential valuation services within the Hutt Valley region. His expertise covers multi-unit residential investments, small scale developments, lifestyle blocks, subdivisions, rental assessments, insurance and consultancy work, compulsory acquisitions and Earthquake Commission reports. Jason started in the valuation industry in 1989 working for Wellington City Council, undertaking a broad range of valuation assignments. He subsequently moved to private practice after returning from a number of years overseas and joined TelferYoung (Wellington) Ltd (now CBRE) in 2007.
