Jayna brings a wealth of experience in the retail industry, having been actively involved since 2006. This extensive background has provided her with a robust understanding of commercial retail leasing, including the establishment of unique retail clothing concepts and boutiques from scratch, encompassing both fit-out and operation.
Jayna has successfully founded and designed two brands, which she sold to prestigious international department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, and many others. Her brands have also been featured in key department stores across the USA, UK, and the Middle East, with a notable rollout to David Jones’ top nine A-stores.
Her expertise extends to designing merchandising displays for key retailers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and conducting staff training on brand and product knowledge. Jayna’s extensive experience in managing retail operations has honed her skills in identifying prime retail locations, optimising space utilisation, and enhancing customer experiences.
Currently, Jayna is located across the Auckland retail market as a Negotiator. Leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills, she is able to help her clients secure optimal outcomes.
