John Holmes specialises in large scale, complex transactions across the debt and equity spectrum and provides front end lead advisory to ensure that value is optimised before going to market.
Previously John led CBRE’s Structured Transactions and Advisory Services business before moving to the Capital Markets team, which provides him with better real time intelligence on capital flows, pricing and mandates.
Prior to joining CBRE, John was an Executive Director at Ernst & Young having held both real estate and corporate finance roles.
