John Kovacs

John is an experienced property professional specialising in residential valuations within the greater Wellington region, including residential homes and investment property, insurance valuations, rural lifestyle blocks, suburban commercial, childcare centres and compensation valuations under the Public Works Act. Over the course of his career he has built up numerous relationships and connections with a range of government and private clients.

After 20 years in the military aviation field in New Zealand and overseas, John began his valuation career in 2005 with Quotable Value, spending almost seven years in the QV Valuations team providing market valuations on a wide range of residential property within Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti. In October 2012 John moved to TelferYoung (now CBRE).
