Kelvin joined Telfer Young Taranaki (now CBRE) in 2011. Specialising in commercial and industrial valuations throughout North Taranaki, he has built up vast experience and connections in the local market over his career.
Following his graduation from Massey University in 1984, Kelvin worked as a valuer in central Wellington for five years before embarking on an extended overseas working holiday. While living in London, Kelvin was employed as a commercial property manager. On returning to New Plymouth, Kelvin initially worked in private practice for five years, before starting his own valuation business which he owned and operated for 12 years.
