Kirstin leads CBRE’s Workplace business in New Zealand. She has 20 years’ experience in human resources and, prior to joining the Pacific Workplace team in early 2021, was Head of HR at CBRE New Zealand for eight years.

Specialising in both Workplace Strategy and Change Management, Kirstin’s extensive HR background, along with her Masters degree in Psychology and passion for the “employee experience”, enable her to deliver a holistic service offering to clients as they traverse opportunities for new ways of working and the future workplace.
