Leighton Fanning

Leighton is a registered valuer specialising in the commercial and industrial markets throughout the Waikato region. He offers a comprehensive suite of valuation services, including market valuations, rental assessments and insurance valuations. Recognising the specific requirements of clients located in provincial towns across the Waikato, he tailors his approach to provide valuable insights, building strong, long-term relationships.

After relocating from Southland in 2018, he initially honed his skills in residential market valuations and providing rating valuations for local councils. This early experience laid the foundation for his switch to the commercial and industrial sectors. He obtained his registration in 2022.
