Logan has wide-ranging client relationship networks across the office, retail and industrial sectors. His role includes providing market valuations of industrial, office and retail assets within city fringe and suburban commercial localities, along with specialist asset valuations and land valuations. He also works on lease assignments, including conducting rent reviews and providing negotiation and consultancy services; as well as pre-purchase consultancy and due diligence for acquisitions and disposals. Insurance valuations make up a further part of his role.
After graduating from the University of Auckland in 2014, Logan joined the valuation industry as a commercial valuer, becoming registered in 2017. He is currently a member of the Auckland Branch Committee of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Property Institute of New Zealand
