Lucas specialises in residential/lifestyle valuations including standard residential property, development valuations and insurance valuations. He also has experience in the commercial sector, principally with smaller-scale industrial and commercial properties for market value and insurance purposes.
Working throughout Hawkes Bay with prior experience in the Poverty Bay district, Lucas has forged strong connections with a wide range of iwi and Māori entities, local and national commercial entities, lending institutions, local government and publicly listed companies.
Lucas joined Quotable Value Limited (Hawkes Bay) in 2007 where he worked as a Rating Valuer. He joined TelferYoung Hawkes Bay (now CBRE) in 2013.
