Irimana (Mana) Ngawhika is a Registered Valuer within CBRE’s Rotorua commercial team. Since joining the commercial team in 2018, Mana has developed an expertise within Rotorua, but also the South Waikato region, focusing predominantly on industrial property but also retail and office premises.
Mana provides a range of valuation services, including market, asset, rental, and insurance valuations. He also has a specialisation in Marae insurance valuations with experience working in the Hawkes Bay, Bay of Plenty, and Waikato regions.
Mana holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) degree and was recognised as the CBRE NZ Unregistered Valuer of the Year in 2023, prior to achieving full registration in 2026.
