Mark Passey

A Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at CBRE, Mark has 18 years of experience as a valuer with extensive knowledge over a wide range of property asset classes throughout the Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty regions.

Mark specialises in residential subdivisions with an extensive knowledge of the development market within the Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty regions. He has acted as an advisor for first home buyers through to large Government organisations and local authorities, valuing land developments, smaller town house developments and large scale multiple stage residential and industrial developments. Mark also specialises in compensation valuation under the Public Works Act 1981 (General tenure and Māori Freehold tenure). Additionally, he is a senior horticultural valuer with great understanding in the kiwifruit and avocado orchard markets within the Western Bay of Plenty.
