Matt has over 25 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry specialising in office leasing agency and advice.
During his career he has arranged many of the larger and more complex leasing transactions within the Wellington CBD. In this time Matt has focused on advice regarding the securing and disposal of commercial office space and has worked on behalf of noteworthy office occupiers, developers and owners.
Matt’s focus remains on transactional work and leading the Wellington Office Leasing team after spending four years on CBRE’s Executive Committee and five years running CBRE’s national Office Leasing business line.
