Mike specialises in residential valuations, working with his clients in Rotorua and the South Waikato area to provide expert advisory and insights. He also has considerable experience in completing valuations for lifestyle, lakes, commercial and residential properties in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.
After relocating to Rotorua from Auckland, Mike joined Reid & Reynolds Limited (which later became TelferYoung and now CBRE) in 2007, undertaking a range of valuation work. He went on to achieve registration in 2010.
Originally a chef and kitchen designer in Auckland, Mike completed his Bachelor of Business Studies extramurally through Massey University, majoring in valuation and property management.
