Miles is a highly experienced valuation professional, partnering with private property owners, corporates and iwi organisations to provide expert advice and insights. Specialising in farm property valuations and rural property consultancy, as well as rural property rental assessments and lease compliance, Miles works with clients located in Rotorua and across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.
Miles has built up significant experience and knowledge over his 45-year career in rural valuation, rural banking and business. He started his career with the Rural Bank and Finance Corporation as a farm appraiser in 1975 and became a Registered Valuer in 1978. He has held a number of management positions, largely in rural banking in the Bay of Plenty but also throughout New Zealand. Miles retired from ANZ Bank in July 2017 and joined TelferYoung Rotorua (now CBRE) in January 2018.
