With over six years’ experience in the property industry, Mitchell focuses on office leasing in Christchurch CBD, Addington and Burnside. Mitchell has worked with national and international tenants such as Gallagher Bassett, Harvey Norman and FMG while also gaining the trust of major local clients like Carter Group, Mainland Capital and Cristo. His recent career highlights are achieving over 80% pre-leasing on Carter Group’s 'The Regent' development in Cathedral Square, the first new development in Christchurch’s CBD since Q1 2020, and winning the Excellence in Agency – Most Improved award at CBRE’s New Zealand Achievement Awards in 2022.

Mitchell is also a Trustee of Watch This Space, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to share and celebrate Christchurch's vibrant street art ecosystem while creating opportunities for artists to grow their portfolio and earn a living wage.
