A Registered Valuer, Nick Hazlewood specialises in South Auckland industrial property valuation as well as wider Auckland industrial precincts and suburban/CBD fringe office sectors. Based in the Auckland office, Nick undertakes commercial property valuations of large-scale high-end assets owned by prominent real estate trusts through to small scale secondary property.
Nick joined CBRE New Zealand as a Valuer in January 2016 after a six-year career in property management. He graduated from Massey University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation and Property Management).
