Nina specialises in all types of residential work across the greater Wellington region including multi-unit residential investments, small scale developments, lifestyle blocks, subdivisions, rental assessments, insurance and consultancy work.
She has over 30 years’ experience as a valuer, having practiced extensively in both New Zealand and England. This equips her with significant depth of experience, which she brings to each valuation assignment. Her understanding of both Northern and Southern Hemisphere valuation requirements also means she is ideally placed to assist international clients operating in New Zealand.
Nina’s skills and experience are highly valued by all of the major lending institutions, for which she acts as a nominated valuer. She has also been appointed to a specialist panel for the valuation of high value properties for multiple financiers in New Zealand.
Nina has a strong passion for diversity in the industry and is one of a relatively small number of female valuers practicing in Wellington and across New Zealand. She actively supports other women in the industry, including mentoring female valuers joining the profession.
Her commitment to helping the industry grow in New Zealand has seen her serve as a committee board member for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in New Zealand for over eight years. She is also an accredited assessor for those seeking to gain registration with RICS and is frequently called upon to guide graduate valuers as they study towards registration with RICS.
