Patrick Ryan

Patrick joined CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services team in 2000. He has over 25 years’ experience in valuation and property consultancy. Patrick's experience encompasses all sectors of the real estate market, however he specialises in industrial, leasehold land and CBD fringe and suburban office sectors.

Assets commonly valued or instructed on include market value or rental value relating to industrial or office estates, distribution and logistics facilities, cold storage and food manufacturing premises, along with ground rental valuations and the valuation of lessor and lessee interests. Additionally Patrick is instructed by clients on assessing acquisition, disposal or compensation values under the Public Works Act.

Patrick has undertaken instructions on specialist assets in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and Kiribati. He has appeared as an expert witness in arbitration, the High Court and the Land Valuation Tribunal of the District Court.
