Sam Jeffries

Sam specialises in sales and leasing of industrial property within Auckland's East Tāmaki industrial precinct and is based in CBRE's South Auckland office.

Based previously in the South Auckland office from 2019 through to the start of 2022, Sam then embarked on a tenure in London involving both travel and a stint with CBRE UK. He represented a large multi-national pharmaceutical in negotiating leases and sales through Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), resulting in a depth of knowledge on both sides of a transaction.

Sam dedicates his hard work, resilience, and extensive knowledge of the market to achieve great outcomes for his clients. Sam hopes to sustain and build on his first term to continue delivering successful results for all clients.
