Sarah Le Grove is a Director in CBRE New Zealand’s Commercial Valuation & Advisory Services team, based in Waikato. She provides valuation advice across commercial, retail, industrial, and childcare sectors, supporting clients with rent reviews, insurance assessments, and mortgage lending decisions.
