Scott Millar is a registered valuer specialising in land development projects, including mortgage security and financial reporting valuations.
Since graduating from the University of Auckland in 2011, Scott established his commercial property career in the general commercial sector, including mortgage security and financial reporting valuations, in Auckland. In 2016, Scott joined CBRE UK where he was a member the Student Accommodation team, conducting valuations of operational assets and development sites across the UK and Europe.
Scott has experience valuing a wide range of property, now focusing on land development projects in Auckland. He has the capability to take on larger portfolios or land development projects including residential land and residential subdivision.
