Talei Atwell is an Associate Director and is Manager of the residential team (Northern), based in Whangārei. She focuses on residential property valuations including; coastal, lifestyle and residential developments, throughout Northland.
She undertakes residential valuations for mortgage lending, market value, insurance and advisory purposes.
Talei is actively involved in industry bodies, as Treasurer of the Northern Branch of PINZ and a sitting member of the NZIV Council.
