Tim leads CBRE New Zealand’s digital marketing strategy and operations, coordinating campaigns, analytics, and marketing technology across New Zealand and the Pacific region. He manages five parallel workstreams spanning preference centre development, research publishing, LinkedIn paid media, reporting and analytics infrastructure, and AI automation.

A founding member of CBRE’s Pacific Marketing & AI Working Group and a key member of the Global Marketing & AI Innovation Committee, Tim drives the adoption of AI-enabled marketing workflows across the business. He won best presentation at CBRE’s Global AI Marketing Hackathon, competing against 85 marketers from nine countries.

Tim holds a Master of Business Development with Distinction from the University of Auckland, specialising in Innovation and Product Management. He was awarded CBRE New Zealand’s Managing Director’s Choice Award in 2024 for innovation and business impact.
