Tina specialises in the residential and lifestyle markets throughout North Canterbury and Christchurch, assisting a variety of clients with valuation assignments. Her wide-ranging expertise in valuation and advisory work encompasses market valuations (mortgage lending, trust transfer, relationship division etc), insurance and rent reviews.
With a prior background in the banking industry as a personal banker, Tina graduated from Lincoln University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) and obtained registration in 2014. She joined TelferYoung North Canterbury (now CBRE) in January 2019.
