Tom joined the TelferYoung (now CBRE) team in January 2019. Based in New Plymouth, he specialises in providing residential valuations in the Central and South Taranaki areas, as well as assisting with commercial valuation assignments in North Taranaki. This cross-sector expertise, as well as his strong local market knowledge, enables him to take comprehensive advice and insights to his clients.
Tom graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Property. He then worked in London before emigrating to New Zealand in 2013, gaining his registration as a valuer in November 2017.
