Tom Stafford

Tom commenced his valuation career in Christchurch in 2006 with exposure to a number of asset classes across the South Island. In 2007, Tom joined the Retirement Housing and Healthcare team in Auckland, working exclusively in the retirement village and aged care sectors. Tom relocated to the Christchurch office in 2015 continuing his specialisation in the Retirement Housing and Healthcare team.

Tom acts for a range of clients including corporates, privates and not for profits undertaking valuations for acquisition and disposal purposes, financial reporting, first mortgage security, unit pricing and gross realisation scenarios, block development land, competitor supply and market demographic reports as well as real estate trend reports.
