Trent Bellingham

Trent has wide-ranging experience across the greater Wellington region and the lower North Island. He assists clients with residential and lifestyle property valuation assignments, providing strategic advisory services that enable them to optimise their property portfolios. Over his career Trent has built close relationships with a variety of local and national clients, including all major trading banks, other lending institutions, local authorities, private firms and individual property owners.

Trent is a registered valuer and holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Commerce degree in agricultural management and rural valuation from Lincoln University. He joined CRBE in late 2022 following more than 12 years with both national and local firms.
