Zara Crutchley

Working with clients across the Otago and Southland regions, Zara is highly experienced in providing property valuations to the agricultural sector. She has a special interest in high country property, sheep and beef farms, dairy support units, dairy farms and forest land. She also completes valuation assignments for lifestyle blocks and other residential properties in provincial centres.

Zara has close relationships with a diverse client base including owner operators, corporate entities and regional authorities, having built a wide network of professional contacts in the rural sector over the past 20 years. Her experience encompasses providing valuation advice for mortgage lending, farm succession, relationship property, equity partnerships, sales and purchases, rentals and insurance valuation purposes.

Zara joined TelferYoung (now CBRE) in 2011, having started her career as a valuer with Quotable Value in Dunedin in 2003. Prior to working in property valuation, she spent some time in the rural banking industry.
