CBRE appoints Residential Valuation Director in Auckland

CBRE has appointed Richard Vaughan as Director and Regional Manager in its residential Valuation & Advisory Services team, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the Auckland residential property market to the new role.

Vaughan joins from Opteon, where he spent the past 14 and a half years. During that time he focused on high-value residential property across the North Shore and Rodney District, developing comprehensive expertise, market knowledge and connections.

He is also highly regarded within the industry, having held a number of leadership roles and is the current Chair of the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. He also sits on the Residential Valuers' Forum.

Alongside his industry involvement, Vaughan is also active in his local community, coaching rowing teams at Westlake Boys' High School.
