CBRE Kāpiti team grows to enhance regional valuation services

CBRE’s Kāpiti Coast office, located at 18 Ihakara Street in Paraparaumu, has recently grown to three Registered Valuers, all of whom live and work locally.
 
We are pleased to announce that Georgia Cooper has joined our Kāpiti team as a Residential Valuer working alongside our other Residential Valuer, Pip Sinclair, and Amelia Kirton our Commercial Valuer, boosting the company’s ability to provide a full range of property valuation and consultancy services to clients around the region. As well as servicing the Kāpiti Coast, Georgia brings with her experience in the Horowhenua District from Manakau to Levin. The Kāpiti team also work closely with our Wellington team on some of the larger projects in the area and draw on an even wider range of knowledge and experience from throughout the Wellington region.
